****FUTURE CLASS OPTIONS***
I would like to bring in some different opportunities for “growth” in the center this year. So, at this time I am looking into different class and group ideas. I am listing the class/group choices along with descriptions/links below. You can also sign up on sheets in the center. When making a choice, please understand that some of these options are in session for a few week's time and require commitment to attend. Also, the groups we will have would work best if everyone comes on scheduled day/time. Any other ideas/subjects that you would be interested in! About Us
Welcome to the Personal Growth Center in Sandusky, Michigan. We are a non-profit organization in relation with drop in centers around Michigan. We are a safe haven for those living with mental and emotional illness/complications, along with those learning to live life during and after recovery from addiction and life trauma. We welcome adults in the community to check us out and join the fun!

We believe in teaching each other new skills to be used in acceptance of others, as well as ourselves.
We are a safe place to express and share emotions when facing life's' crisis and learn how to control our reaction to them in healthy ways.

We enjoy daily activities such as bingo, crafting, playing games (such as pool, cards, etc), community meals, morning coffee, free computer use, movies, exercise, relaxing, bowling, field trips/outings, weekly recovery meetings, more!
